The Unity survived the winter which included the heaviest snow fall recorded in 70 years! It is amazing how the 95W solar panel has kept the batteries charged with no assistance from shore power.
Our travel plan for March has unfortunately had to change! Ongoing medical challenges have dictated we modify our plans ~ once again.
March 2015 was scheduled for a trip down the west coast to California then on to Arizona and New Mexico. We had arranged to see friends along the way while we were to explore new areas with the Unity!
That trip is now postponed until early spring of 2016. Next January we hope to meet up with our good friends in their LTV 24TB "Duck'n Out". The plan is to caravan to Mexico and then do some exploring of the southwest national parks.
The immediate priority is Craig's "Back" and getting him up and walking again so we can put some miles on LTV Kozad!
If all goes as planned (?) we will depart mid April in the Unity headed east! We are planning on taking four (4) months driving across North America; visiting friends, family and exploring along the way.
We will be returning home in August and this trip is to include a month exploring Newfoundland and Labrador.
