Electrical Protection....
Our good friends, Richard and Gwen, installed a Progressive EMS HW30C Surge Protector in their 2014 LTV Unity 24TB "Duck'n Out". They have been very pleased with it's performance during their 3 month Coast to Coast Cruise. The surge protector has saved them a number of times from low voltage or reversed polarity when plugged in at various campgrounds.

Their experiences, and our similar cruising plans to travel North America, has convinced us to order one of these hardwired Electrical Management Systems.

We will be taking our Unity out cruising in September, dropping in at Langley TravelandRV to have the surge protector installed and then we are off to Vancouver Island for two weeks!
Wow, had not even considered this! Thanks for posting. Will definitely put this on our list of first things to do when we get our new motorhome.
